The invention relates to a device for the longitudinal adjustment of ski binding parts, consisting of a baseplate which is to be attached to the ski and is provided with two lateral guides and with at least one toothed strip which extends in the longitudinal direction of the device and is associated with a catch member provided on a slide plate, the slide plate being covered by a guide plate which is mounted on the baseplate and bears the ski binding part, and cutouts being present in both plates (guide plate and slide plate) for receiving two helical compression springs which press on the guide plate. The underlying object of the invention is to provide a device of the type indicated at the beginning, in which the two springs in the guide plate are also used to press on the catch member, that is to say have to fulfil two functions at the same time. Furthermore, the device is to be simple to operate and inexpensive to produce, only have a low weight and nevertheless be equal to the rough conditions to which ski bindings are subjected. This object is achieved in that, under the influence of the helical compression springs, the slide plate is subjected to a torque acting on the slide plate either in the plane of the plate or in the perpendicular plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the device. <IMAGE> |
