PURPOSE:To obtain an air of a fixed proper temperature in proportion to the air- distribution of an air-mix door by providing a seal door to be opened or closed synchronously with the air-mix door that opens or closes an warm-air passage between an air-mix chamber and the warm-air passage. CONSTITUTION:On the side of a casing 20 of a heater unit H, a cool-air entrance 21 is opened to be connected to the exit side of a cooling unit. In the casing 20, there are a cool-air passage 8 to pass the cool air that has bypassed a heater core 4 and a warm-air passage 7 that has passed the heater core 4, and a mix chamber 6 is provided at the meeting point of two passages 7 and 8. Between the warm-air passage 7 and the chamber 6, a seal door 27 is constructed with its free end faced to the heater core 4 to be opened or closed synchronously with the opening degree of an air-mix door 5. |
