PURPOSE:Carbonized water prepared from pressurized steam containing appropriate amounts of saccharide and salt and from carbon dioxide are pressed into tomato or vegetable juice from which fibrous substance is removed to produce titled carbonized juice having refreshing effect and keeping the nutrients in tomato or vegetable. CONSTITUTION:The carbonated water prepared by introducing pressurized steam containing 10-15% of sugar and 0.3-0.5% of salt into a vessel containing carbon dioxide of about 4.5-5kg/cm<2> pressure is pressed into another vessel containing fibrous material-free and completely sterilized tomato or vegetable juice. As a result, the carbonated tomato or vegetable juice has refreshing effect and becomes a favorite of every body, both young and old. |
