PURPOSE:To make a loudspeaker operate stable even if input electric power increases by forming the coil frame of the loudspeaker by impregnating a carbon fiber sheet with synthetic resin, by bonding a moving coil to the coil frame in a body by adhesives and by vibrating a coil in accordance with an acoustic signal current. CONSTITUTION:Plate 4 with a hole of a diameter a little bit larger than that of circular pole 3 provides a ring-shaped field space, in which moving coil 10 wound around cylindrical coil frame 9 is arranged. An acoustic signal current is flowed through this coil 10 to vibrate coil 10 axially, generating a sound. This coil frame 9 is formed by impregnating a sheet of carbon fiber with synthetic resin and coil 10 is bonded to coil frame 9 in a body by adhesives. Then, coil frame 9 is fixed to cone 8 and when the acoustic signal current is flowed through coil 10, cone 8 vibrates according to the signal current, so that even if the input current increases, the loudspeaker will operate stably. |
