<p>PURPOSE:To easily prepare a buffering sheet with excellent measuring precision and good quality by employing a heat roll which is of outside heating type and is covered with an inactive sheet, such as a silicone coating material, as the outside layer thereof. CONSTITUTION:A cap film 12 is carried by a heating roll 8 in a state that the film is wound on the surface of the roll and convex parts 2 are formed on the film 12 by an emboss cylinder 14. On the other hand, a back film 27 from a back film roller 26, contacting with a heat roller 29 and a heat-sticking roller 30 through the intermediary of a guide roller, is pressed against the emboss cylinder 14, united with the cap film 12 with convexes, and welded to form a buffering sheet 1. Since the surface of the heating roll 8 is covered with a cloth coated with silicone and the outer layer part of the emboss cylinder 14 is also provided with a silicone lining layer, the sheet with good adhesiveness of the surfaces of two films to each other and with excellent measuring precision can be prepared.</p> |
