<p>There is described a method of cellular culture wherein a suspension of anchorage dependent cells is provided, the suspension is introduced in at least one culture vessel containing tubes disposed parallel and at a constant distance to one another, the culture vessel is rotated in such a manner and at a speed effective to cause adhesion of the cells on the inner wall of said culture vessel and on the inner and outer walls of the tubes and an aerobic condition is created in said culture vessel.
