PURPOSE:To obtain a very high combustion efficiency by a method wherein a combustion condition of materials to be incinerated is secured correctly and an amount of combustion air and a feeding speed of the materials to be incinerated are controlled relatively. CONSTITUTION:Flame 6 of materials to be incinerated burning on a fire grating 5 is detected by a sensor 1 and unprocessed data thereof are input into an analyzing device 2 to operate and detect a combustion condition thereby while to effect a comparative operation with a combustion condition expected to give the most proper combustion condition. When a result indicating that an amount of combustion air is insufficient is obtained, an opening degree of a damper is increased stepwisely or at a stroke in order to secure the insufficient air volume. In other case, it is judged that an absolute amount of the materials to be incinerated is too mush, then an operation of a fire grating driver 4 is stopped or reduced in a driving speed thereof. On the contrary, when an analyzing result of the flame 6 by the sensor 1 is indicating that the amount of air is too much or the same of the materials to be incinerated is too small, a damper opening and closing device 3 is operated to a direction to close the damper in order to reduce the amount of the combustion air, concurrently or instead of the above described operation, the operation of the fire grating driver 4 is activated to regulate it so as to increase the feeding amount of the materials to be incinerated. |
