<p>This invention implements an optical data recording medium wherein a recording thin film material is made of a three-component system consisting of GeTe, Sb2Te3 and Sb in which an excessive amount of Sb is blended in GeTe alloy and Sb2Te3 alloy. Data on the medium of the invention can be recorded, reproduced and erased, which makes it possible to provide a practical optical disk file having stable cycle characteristics.</p> |
