PURPOSE:To eliminate separation of coating of a resin-molded coil during use by employing as a winding a coated wire wound with non-woven fabric treated with immersed resin curing accelerator on a bare wire or enameled conductor. CONSTITUTION:A coil is manufactured by employing as a winding a coated wire wound with non-woven fabric treated with immersed resin curing accelerator on a bare wire or enameled conductor. After immersing resin into the coil in vacuum, it is thermally cured to manufacture a resin-molded coil. In this manner, there can be obtained a molded coil having excellent crack resistance, corona characteristics and high reliability for its performance. |
