CHEMICAL SOLUTION INJECTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To enable the re-packing and exchange of a conc. chemical solution while enabling the temporary injection of said chemical solution, by providing a detachable conc. chemical solution re-packing container so as to communicate the same with the conc. chemical solution container of a chemical solution injection apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A hermetically closed type conc. chemical solution container 17 is arranged in the vicinity of a preparation tank 14 and a conc. chemical solution repacking container 18 is attached above said conc. chemical solution container 17 in a detachable manner so as to be communicated with said container 17 through a connection pipe 19. By this mechanism, the repacking and exchange of a conc. chemical solution is enabled and the temporary injection of the chemical solution can be continued.
