PURPOSE:To control the terminal unit in failure, by providing the operation unit forming and delivering the signal for forced control on the private line, providing the return signal section and the forced control signal reception section at the terminal unit, and operating the forced control unit with the output of the reception section. CONSTITUTION:The operation unit 2 is provided on the private line of the time sharing multiplex transission remote control unit. In this operation unit 12, the address change-over switch 8 enables to set the terminal address of an arbitrary terminal unit in failure and when the terminal address and the address of control signal are in agreement, the forced control signal is formed at the forced control signal section 10 at the return signal delivery time band to turn on or off the driver 16 and to deliver the signal to the terminal unit. In the terminal unit, the agreement of the address of the forced signal and the address of itself is detected at the address discrimination section, the forced signal is received at the forced control signal reception section to perform ON-OFF control of the forced control relay. |
