<p>PURPOSE:To attain a high pattern precision with a device which is easy to operate and is superior in mass productivity, by combining and using a doctor roll and an anilox roll and applying directly an orientated film forming solution to a resin letterpress from on the anilox roll. CONSTITUTION:A certain quantity of the orientated film forming solution is dropped onto an anilox roll 11 at intervals of a certain length from a dispenser 9, and the gap between a doctor roll 10 and the roll 11 is adjusted properly to form a uniform film of the orientated film forming solution on the roll 11. This film of the orientated film forming solution is transferred to a transparent substrate 5 through a resin letterpress 2 attached onto a plate body 1 and is dried to form an orientated film. Consequently, only the stepping pressure of the resin letterpress 2 to the roll 11 and the stamping pressure between the transparent substrate 5 and the resin letterpress 2 are adjusted to obtain a uniform orientated film, and the doctor roll 10 and the roll 11 are always rotated to form orientated films with a high repeat precision.</p> |
