PURPOSE:To inhibit the deterioration of rectifying elements by blocking the leakage of soft epoxy layers into a protection case by a method wherein a resin layer shielding a rectifying element from the outer air is composed of a hard epoxy layer and a soft epoxy layer provided thereon. CONSTITUTION:A partition 21 is provided between a B<+> terminal 6 and a phase terminal 7 in the cavity 11 of a terminal holder 10 by alienation from the surface of an Si rubber 5. In the periphery above the rubber 5 at the first section in the cavity 11 is provided with the resin layer 24 consisting of the hard epoxy layer 22 and the soft epoxy layer 23 and shielding a diode 1 from the outer air. Since the layer 22 is provided in the neighborhood of the terminals 6 and 7 penetration through the rubber 5, on the rubber 5, and in its periphery, the leakage of the layer 23 into the case 3 from the gap, etc. between the rubber 5 and the terminal 6 can be blocked. |
