PURPOSE:To make it possible to incorporate automatically a core even if the core fitting part of a head slider is irregular in height, by supporting a core supporting member on a moving stand through a flat spring so that the core supporting member can be moved in the height direction. CONSTITUTION:Guide member 2 and core supporting member 1 are made into one body. Stopper pin 6 is adjusted to adjust the height of the A face through flat spring 5 to the position lower than height H, and moving stand 4 is moved to the D-direction head slider 8 side. Taper part 3 at the tip of guide material 2 is linked to core fitting part 9; and when moving stand 4 is further moved, guide member 2 is put onto core fitting part 9. Lower face B of guide member 2, face A of the groove of core supporting member 1 of the same plane, and fitting face C of core fitting member 9 become the same face. Core 7 put on the groove of core supporting 1 is pressed in the E direction by inserting bar 10 of the inserting mechanism to incorporate core 7 into core fitting member 9 of the slider. |
