PURPOSE:To increase both the productivity and the durability by producing the edge and the damper with the alkylresorcinol-group resin. CONSTITUTION:The alkylresorcinol-group resin is impregnated into or coated on the base material of the cloth, unwoven fabric, knitted material, paper or the like, and then cured. With such molded product, both or either one of edge 5 and damper 6 of the speaker is formed. In such case, the alkylresorcinol-group resin can be used for the entire resin which is impregnated into or coated on the base material, otherwise the same resin can be mixed with the phenol resin. As a result, the curing temperature of the resin can be lowered extremely along with the reduced curing time. Furthermore, the un-reacted monomer is extremely smaller than the phenol resin, thus solving the problem on the corrosion at the metal area. Accordingly, the deterioration can be eliminated substantially for the aging of the edge or the damper, increasing the durability of the speaker. |
