MANUFACTURE OF OXIDE MAGNET

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a long axis cylindrical oxide magnet in one body with a high property efficiently at a low cost by extrusion molding of a kneaded material mainly composed of an anisotropic magnetic oxide powder by means of a cassette type mold. CONSTITUTION:The kneaded material 12 mainly composed of the anisotropic magnetic oxide powder undergoes an extrusion molding by means of the cassette type mold 13. When the cylindrical molding is changed to the other diameter, the cassette type mold 13 is changed and extrusion molding is performed. This makes the manufacture of the mold cheaper and the handling simpler. Thus, a long axis cylindrical oxide magnet made in one body with a high property can be obtained efficiently at a low cost.
