发明名称 SUPERTHIN TYPE SOLID ELECTROLYTE CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance liquid tightness and air tightness as well as make a solid electrolyte cell thinner by using cathode and anode current collectors of a specific structure consisting two-layered periphery and three-layered other portions and then bonding and sealing up the peripheral aperture with a high polymer resin. CONSTITUTION:Between the cathode current collector 1 and the canlike anode current collector 4 having the flange 4' on its periphery is provided with the cathode 2 obtained by rolling and punching lithium, the solid electrolyte 6, and pelletized anode 3. Then, the cold-setting type epoxy regin adhesive 5 having an electric insulation property is coated on the flange portion 4' and cured by compression between it and the cathode current collector 1 to form an enclosed thin type cell. The current collectors 1 and 4 have their peripheries, consisting of respective two layers of the metals 11 and 41 and the conductive high polymer materials 12 and 42, and the other portions, consisting of respective three layers of the metals 11 and 41, the conductive high polymer materials 12 and 42, and the metals 13 and 43. Thus, the adhesive 5 in the sealing portion adheres itself to the conductive high polymer material 12 and 42 to advantage. The preferred species of the conductive high polymer materials 12 and 42 used includes an epoxy resin to which is added carbon as a conductive filler.
