PURPOSE:To improve the liquid leak proof of a cell, by using a nylon 11 or nylon 12 having a crystallization degree in a specific range as a gasket to be used in a sealed portion. CONSTITUTION:Into a positive electrode can 1 a positive electrode compound 2 is filled, and on top of the compound 2 a separator 3 is placed. Then a negative electrode terminal plate 5, in which a negative electrode compound 4 is filled, is fitted into the opening of the positive electrode can 1 by interposing an annular gasket 6 made of a synthetic resin and having an L-shaped cross section. The thus- formed assembly is hermetically sealed to construct a button-shaped cell. As a gasket 6 for said cell is used a nylon 11 or nylon 12 whose crystallization degree has been adjusted to a range of 25-60% through heat treatment. |
