PURPOSE:To simplify and quicken sampling operation by using a needle head for a sampling path and decontamination path. CONSTITUTION:Into axis hole 18a of needle block 18 provided with ducts 14a and 15a, axis part 19a of needle head 19 provided with ducts 14b and 15b is inserted being rotatable. Then, sampling bottle 20 is set in needle head 19 and ducts 14a- 15b are matched to attain communication through line 15, needle N1, sampling bottle 20, needle N2, line 14, and sampling pot 16; and then vacuum line 24 is opened to lead a liquid in sampling pot 16 into sampling bottle 20 for sampling and needle head 19 is turned by a fixed angle to settle communication between ducts 14a and 15a via decontamination bypass line 21. Consequently, a decontamination liquid is supplied into sampling bottle 20 for decontamination.
