(I) [ R1=hydrogen, fluorine, chloride, nitro, methoxy; R2=hydrogen, chloride, nitro, trifluoromethyl, methoxy; R3=hydrogen, fluorine, chloride, methyl, nitro, methoxy, hydroxy; R4=hydrogen, methoxy, R5=hydrogen, chloride! is prepd. by the reaction of 4-aryl-3-acethyl-4butanolide with hydrdazine hydrate in a polar organic solvent.
