PURPOSE:To allow an air electrode to firmly adhere to the frame body of a cell, by providing an opening window through a face of an air electrode frame of bottom- tight box shape, bonding the air electrode to the electrode frame in such a manner as to close the opening window while simultaneously applying a binder to its adherent place through a cloth or nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:One face of an air electrode frame body 1 is closed. On the other face of the body a recessed step portion to be an air intake port when partially laminated on the closed part is formed to provide an opening window, and an air electrode 15 is bonded to a window frame 16 with a positive electrode terminal 2 in such a manner as to close said opening window. When the air electrode 15 is bonded, firstly an epoxy resin 18, thermosetting resin, is allowed to flow on the window frame 16 to place the air electrode 15 on top of that further flow the epoxy resin 18, and then a tape-shaped nylon cloth 19 is placed and lightly pressed from the above, and this results in the permeation of the epoxy resin into the nylon cloth permitting the air electrode 15 to be wrapped in such a shape as square, thus to obtain a strong adherence. |
