发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF GALVANIC ANODE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent evaporation scattering of Zn from an Al alloy as a galvanic anode material in soldering work by specifying the Zn content of the alloy, adding Mg to prevent evaporation of Zn, and carrying out heat treatment after forming the alloy into a plate. CONSTITUTION:An Al alloy contg. 0.5-4% Zn and 0.3-3% Mg as essential components is used as a galvanic anode material. To enhance the galvanic anode action one or more among 0.01-0.5% each of Sn, In, Bi and Sb may be added to the alloy. This Al alloy is worked into a plate and heated to 200 deg.C or above to preferentially oxidize Mg near the surface, thereby forming a protective film preventing evaporation scattering of Zn in soldering. By using this Al alloy of the above-mentioned composition as a galvanic anode, evaporation scattering of the superior alloying component Zn of the anode can be prevented easily in soldering.
