PURPOSE:To eliminate an influence of electric noises by transmitting the infrared- ray pattern of a body to be measured through picture transmission fiber and then by converting it into an electric signal by an infrared-ray vidicon. CONSTITUTION:An infrared-ray pattern from reaction furnace 4 enters picture transmission fiber 6 by way of image-forming lens 5 and is transmitted through picture fiber 6. Corresponding to the infrared-ray pattern of reaction furnace 4 transmitted through picture transmission fiber 6, infrared-ray vidicon 7 outputs an electric signal to monitor television 8. On monitor television 8, the infrared-ray pattern of reaction furnace 4 appears. |
