One piece sail for small craft - has thermal moulding for shape and flexibility and strength

A one piece sail for a windsurfer or other small craft is moulded from a supply roll complete with three dimensional shape and with the required flexibility in the centre. No sewing of separate panels is required, nor any edge seams. The sail is moulded in a two part press which takes the shape of the sail. Markings and colour can be applied in the same process. The areas of greatest curvature are subjected to the greatest heat, while the edges are coolest. The sail material is supplied in an endless strip and is stamped to ensure a min. amount of offcut material.
