PURPOSE:To obtain exact preventing effect on the demagnetization of magnet by providing a magnetic alloy adjuster in parallel with the magnet. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetron starts its oscillating action, a temperature rise of approx. 60-70 deg.C occurs at the peripheral edge portions 33 and 34 of the magnets 11 and 12 in contrast with the temperature rise of 100-120 deg.C in the inside edge portions 35 and 36. By attaching the magnetic alloy adjusters 23 and 24 in parallel to the magnets 11 and 12, particularly on the inside edge portions 35 and 36 where the degree of demagnetization is great, an ideally equalized magnetic field in which the change in magnetic flux density applied to the working space A with temperature is always constant and the distribution of magnetic flux density is uniform can be established. |
