PURPOSE:To make possible the prevention of toner offsetting and winding of an image carrier on rollers stably for a long time by feeding a grease-form offset-preventing agent between a blade and a heat fixing roller and defining the offset-preventing liquid. CONSTITUTION:The amount of low-viscosity offset-preventing liquid 13 such as silicone oil of 0.5-10 Poises in room-temperature viscosity coated on the surface of a heat-fixing roller 1 by a roller 6 is defined by the blade 20 which is held contacted with the surface of the roller 1 in the forward direction of the roller 1. On the other hand, the grease-form offset-preventing agent comprising containing one or more kinds of powder of lubricating characteristic materials such as carbon black, urea resin, silica, clay, metal soap, molybdenum disulfide and graphite in silicone oil having offset-preventing characteristics is supplied and stagnated between the roller 1 and the blade 20 and this decrease the friction force between the blade 20 and the roller 1, obviates the generation of fine vibration, etc., prevents the offsetting of toners stably for a long time with a small amount of the offset-preventing liquid and prevents the winding of paper C or the like being an image carrier onto the rollers. |
