PURPOSE:A composition, suitable for an engineering plastic having improved moldability and abrasion resistance without degrading the properties of polycarbonate, and comprising a fluororesin and a specific aromatic polyester-polycarbonate. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition prepared by kneading (A) 1-100pts.wt. a fluororesin with (B) 100pts.wt. an aromatic polyester-polycarbonate consisting of (a) a structural unit expressed by formula I (X is bivalent group) and (b) a structural unit expressed by formula II at a molar ratio of the dihydroxydiaryl compound residue/terephthalic acid residue/carbonate linkage of 1:0.33-0.75:0.67-0.25. The component (B) preferably has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4-1.5 measured by using a 0.6g/dl solution in methyl chloride at 20 deg.C and a glass transition point of 160- 190 deg.C with a terminal carboxyl group content of 10mu equivalents 1g/resin or less. |
