PURPOSE:To make the wall thickness of a product uniform, and to make the product light in weight by forming a cylindrical part on the outside peripheral edge of a metallic disk, also providing a hole at an equal interval on the outside peripheral of the disk part, and subsequently, executing the form rolling or press working to the cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 2 is formed on the outside periphery of a metallic disk 1 by executing the drawing, and many pierced holes 3 are provided at an equal interval in the vicinity of the outside peripheral edge of the disk 1. Subsequently, a recessed part 4 of a tooth is formed by pressing the cylindrical part of a position corresponding to the pierced hole 3, namely, a part of a cylindrical part 2a to the pierced hole 3a, from the outside of the brought to the press working forms relatively a projecting part 5 of the tooth. According to this method, the excess thickness of the recessed part of a web part is absorbed into the pierced hole 3, and the wall thickness of the recessed part 4 and the projecting part 5 becomes roughly uniform.
