PURPOSE:To make injection molding of liquid thermosetting resin by a method wherein a stirring bar and a ram are used together in order to stir and mix liquid thermosetting resin and a valve is provided in a material supplying hole. CONSTITUTION:Liquid principal material and liquid curing agent, etc. are injected under pressure by a supplying pump through material supplying pipes 10, 11 connected with material injecting holes 8, 9 respectively. Further, liquid coloring agent is injected under pressure from other material injecting holes fixed near material injecting holes 8, 9. The liquid material injected under pressure into a pressure tube 1 falls along a material guide passage 7, reaches a vertical groove 6a, in which the liquid material in rotated and mixed with the stirring member 6A, then falls and the liquid resin is accumulated at the end of the pressure tube 1. In the injection process, the stirring bar 5 acts as the ram, the accumulated liquid resin is pressed by a 5a to generate pressure, this pressure is transmitted to the front part of a nozzle valve body 4a, a nozzle 3 is opened and the liquid resin is injected under pressure into the injecting hole of the metal mold through a guiding hole 4b, a nozzle 3. |
