Irrigation pipe includes the cylindrical interior parts of dripper units placed at predetermined intervals along the length. The piping itself forms the outer sleeves of the dripper units. The piping has an aperture in alignment with each cylindrical part to provide outlets. The pipe is formed by an extrusion process in which the cylindrical parts of the dripper unit are fed into the extrusion machine at predetermined intervals and the apertured piping formed around them. The machine includes a nozzle heat at an angle to its screw. Used esp. in drip irrigation.
