PURPOSE:To disentangle automatically noodles, by blowing cut noodles horizontally to the side wall to unentangle the noodles, followed by blowing pressurized gas against the noodles of one cut unit in a container for oil treatment. CONSTITUTION:The dividing roll 3, the blade 4 for cutting in a fixed length, and the chute 6 are attached successively under the bottom of one end of the conveyor 1 for transporting the noodles 2 and the shutter 7 is put on the bottom of the chute 6 to receive temporarily the noodles 8 cut in the fixed length. The L-type chute 10 is mounted under the shutter 7, the nozzle 9 for jetting water and oil-containing pressurized air is fitted on one horizontal end of the chute 10 so that the noodles falling from the chute 7 are blown away, struck against the opposite side wall and disentangled, and received by the shutter 11 of the chute 7. The shutter 11 is then opened, a given amount of the noodles are put in the container 12 for oil and heat treatment. The cover 13 is placed on the container 12, the pressurized gas is blown to the bottom of the container 12 by the nozzle 14 to shape the line of the noodles. |
