PURPOSE:To eliminate the change of an ink component such as the deterioration thereof with the elapse of time under a temp. environment higher than ambient temp., by using myristic benzamide as the low m.p. material constituting an ink layer. CONSTITUTION:A dye comprising Kayaset black as a colorant, myristic benzamide represented by formula having high heat-solubility to the dye and stable under a temp. environment higher than ambient temp. as a low m.p. material, paraffin wax as a viscosity controller and a fine powdery filler comprising zinc oxide are mixed and applied to a base material 21 comprising a polyester film through an adhesive layer 22 consisting of a polyester resin and a polyamide resin to provide a heat-meltable ink layer 23. By using myristic benzamide as the low m.p. material constituting the heat-meltable ink layer 23, excellent heat resistant preservability is developed and transfer recording having proper transfer density and good printing quality is enabled over a long period of time. |
