<p>PURPOSE:To enable adjustment of divided voltage to appropriate value even when a cable length is different by providing a condenser for adjusting to com pensate the electrostatic capacity against the ground between the sheath of a high voltage cable and the ground. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 9 for adjusting is connected to compensate the electrostatic capacity against the ground according to a cable length between the sheath 4a of a high voltage cable 4 and the ground. Accordingly, a small maximum operational voltage condenser 9 for adjusting can be used. A potential device 10 consists of the condenser 9 for adjusting, a resonance reactor 6 and a potential transformer 7. This enables simply adjusting the variation of divided voltage due to the change of the cable length of a high voltage cable by the condenser for adjusting, freely selecting the position of the grounding of the potential device and increasing the freedom for design.</p> |
