PURPOSE:To enable the setting of baking conditions according to the kind of the food to be baked, by furnishing a baking chamber with heat irradiation means, hot air heating means and steam heating means, separately. CONSTITUTION:A baking chamber 1 is furnished with a conveyor 6 to transfer and bake foods. The chamber 1 is also provided with electric heaters or thermal medium heaters 2 to form a heat irradiation field, aerofintype heaters 4 having fins 5 to generate hot air, and steam nozzles 3 to inject hot steam. The heating means are operated simultaneously or successively with time lags. |
