<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of a burr and the sharp part of a fin tip part by making the bottomed hole for screwing down the body to be cooled on the face of one part of a radiator blank and by forming a tonsue link fin on the face of the other part. CONSTITUTION:The bottomed hole 13 for screwing down a pair of the right and left semiconductor elements is respectively made by using a drilling machine, etc., on the center part before and behind the lower face of an Al made radiator blank 10. Thereafter, numerous tonsue like fins 2 arranged in the right and left directions are formed by thinly cutting up the part 12 for fin forming at the upper face side of the radiator blank 10. The fin 2 is formed by thinly cutting up the part 12 for forming the fin by putting a cutting blade K in the slant direction on the part 12 for the fin forming.</p> |
