PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce or eliminate depressions of a passing band by properly selecting electrode finger width corresponding to the repetitive frequency of electrode fingers. CONSTITUTION:On 128 deg.-rotation Y-cut X-propagation LiNbO3 substrate 10, reed screen type electrode 11, a double electrode, is formed which has the unit repetitive frequency of two electrode fingers 12 and 13 each differing in polarity. When a/p= 0.75 and p/lambda=0.75 providing that the width of each of electrode fingers 12 and 13, repetitive frequency and waveform of an operating center frequency are denoted as (a), (p) and lambda respectively, the reed screen type electrode transmits and receives the tertiary higher harmonic, and smooth passing characteristics can be obtained, so that large depressions will be lessened. |
