PURPOSE:To utilize the wider range of service by revising utilization propriety information for various services given by an automatic private branch exchange to an accommodated extension subscriber when the extension is connectec to an external line. CONSTITUTION:The automatic private branch exchange 1 has extension subscribers 2a, 2b, 2c accommodated with subscriber circuits 11a, 11b, 11c and a trunk line 3 accommodated to a trunk line circuit 12, and a main storage device is provided with subscriber information areas 161a-161c corresp onding to the subscribers 2a-2c. When the subscriber 2a transfers an incoming call from the trunk line 3 to the subscriber 2b in talking with the subscriber 2c, a central controll unit 15 holds the trunk line 3, starts a class change section 151 to change the service class of subscriber information of the subsriber 2b from low a low class having no busy incoming call priviledge into a high class, starts a busy incoming section 152 to inform a busy call incoming to the subscriber 2b.
