摘要 PURPOSE:To make machining accuracy and durability both improvable, by dividing a cutter head into two parts, while connecting both members supported by eccentric shafts with pins in parallel with these eccentric shafts free of rotation, and setting up a pin's axial center at the outside of a flat surface connecting two axial centers. CONSTITUTION:Cutter heads 60 and 60 are installed as divided in both directions, and all gear numbers ranging from a driving gear in a gearbox to rocking gears 45 and 46 of a cutter head spindle unit are equal, whereby slippage in swiveling, turning phases of the cutter head is held down to the minimum. And, both front and rear rocking members 61 and 62 are supported by rocking shafts 47 and 48 and eccentric shafts 47a and 48a at the tip via a roller 65, and supported as in three-point positioning and rocked as one body together with a pin. And, a pin part WP is machined by a cutter at a tip of the front rocking member 61. If doing like this, manufacture is easy, and accurate synchronous operation is performable without producing any excessive force on a fitting part of these eccentric shafts 47 and 48, thus machining accuracy and durability in the device are well improved.
