PURPOSE:To ensure the easy takeout of sheets by aligning the upper surface of a stacker for stowing recorded sheets with the upper surface of a device body, inclining a sheet loading surface upward to the downstream of a discharge direction and taking out the sheets orthogonally with the discharge direction. CONSTITUTION:A stacker 5 is built into the body of a recording device 'M' and recorded sheets are stored therein. The upper surface 5a of the stacker 5 is made in line with the upper surface 1 of the recording device 'M' and a sheet loading surface 5c is sloped upward to the downstream of a discharge direction. Said upper surface 5a is partly cut out and the sheet loading surface 5c is not expanded fully in a breadthwise direction, thereby forming a takeout port 5f. According to the aforesaid constitution, sheets even if curled can be discharged and stowed smoothly and recorded sheets can be taken out easily.
