发明名称 METHOD OF CONTROLLING CONTINUOUS UNLOADER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of an unloading process and to prevent occurrence of a trouble such as the device makes into contact with the bottom of a hull, by holding the level of a collecting and supplying device constant and by automatically controlling a paddle feeder in the above-mentioned device to hold the same in a horizontal condition so that the collecting amount of a bulk material is held to be uniform in order to eliminate large variations in unloading amount. CONSTITUTION:Angle detectors are provided for the crane angle of a boom 2, the crossing angle of an unloading conveyer 4 with respect to the boom 2 and the crossing angle of a collecting and supplying device 6 with respect to the unloading conveyer 4. Further, when an unloading process is carried out while the unloading conveyer 4 is swung at a constant speed in accordance with thus detected values, a computer computes and automatically controls the device 6 so that the level of the collecting and supplying device 6 is maintained to be constant while a paddle feeder device in the above-mentioned device is maintained in a horizontal condition. Accordingly, the collecting amount of the paddle feeder is always maintained to be uniform to eliminate large variations in unloading amount, and therefore, it is possible to surely enhance the efficiency of unloading work, and to prevent occurrence of a trouble such that the above-mentioned device makes into contact with the bottom of a hull.
