PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic packaging container with a uniform thickness such as a deep drawn container or a container having a complicated configuration by a method wherein a preheated film is contacted with a metallic plate located at an opposing position to a mold by blowing compressed air, thereafter, the film is reversed and molded into a predetermined configuration. CONSTITUTION:A preheated thermoplastic plastic film 6 is contacted with a metallic plate 10 provided at a position opposing to a container molding mold 7 by blowing compressed air from the container molding mold 7 side through a compressed air introducing port 9 and is extended so that an internal volume thereof becomes smaller than the same of a desired molded container. Subsequently, the film 6 is reversed by blowing out the compressed air from the metallic plate 10 side and the film 6 is extended and molded until it is perfectly contacted with the container molding mold 7 closely. EFFECT:The minimum thickness of the film required for the molding in a prior art may be reduced remarkably. |
