PURPOSE:To improve resistance to scratch in an obtained coated film and to increase bonding strength of the film to a surface of a metal by a method wherein tetraethylene fluoride resin mixed with a heat resistive resin is coated on the surface of the metal, thereafter, is calcined under a reduced pressure. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of tetraethylene fluoride resin is mixed preferably with 5-50pts.wt. of a heat resistive resin (example; polyphenylene sulfide or the like) and is coated on a surface of a metal, thereafter, is calcined (preferably 100mm.Hg or less, 400 deg.C approximately) to promote filling of the resin into fine recessed and protruded portions on the surface of the metal, thereby, the resin layer is bonded to a substrate of the metal rigidly by an anchor effect. For further reference, the surface of the metal to be coated is preferable to be made into a rough surface by shot blasting or the like, furthermore, it is preferable to bond a rigid layer by an anodizing process in case the metal is a soft metal such as aluminium, copper or the like, or it is preferable to effect flame spray coating of a flit of aumina or enamel substance. |
