Specific antiserum for radioimmunology

摘要

The new specific antiserum for radioimmunology comprises an anti-HCG- beta antiserum adsorbed with HCG- alpha . To obtain it an anti-HCG- beta antiserum is adsorbed with HCG- alpha . The above antiserum is used for the radioimmunological determination of HCG in the presence of a quantity of LH up to approximately 10 times the quantity of HCG. This method is particularly useful for the early diagnosis of pregnancy.
