<p>A machine to apply dough to pre-baked wafers in the mfr. of spiced honey cake was described in the Parent Patent No. 2804033, according to which the dough nozzle opening has a shape to suit the spherical shell segment shape of each cake recess in the revolving drum. The prodn. of cakes of any contours is simplified by giving each recess a shape equal to the mirror image of the finished cake. This requires no reciprocating cutter blades which need cleaning to remove adhering dough.</p> |
