The pick-up arm is controlled in the horizontal and vertical planes by a drive pin (1). This moves in a straight line on the spindle (3) of a reversing motor (4) and thereby swivels in the horizontal plane two slotted links (6, 7), in contact with it under the effect of a spring (9), and in the vertical plane an arm lifter lever (14), which likewise acts on the pick-up arm via a rod (15). <IMAGE>
