The control mechanism, includes a proportioning device, which has, defining the fluid chamber, two parts moving relative to each other to deliver a certain amount of fluid. The two elements are connected thus enabling force to be transmitted between them. A first distributor is connected to the proportioning device and is used to feed and to receive the fluid from a variable volume chamber while a second distributor directs the outgoing fluid towards a first and second exit. This is done by a moving element connected to the second of the two moving parts defining the chamber.
