<p>The X-ray film viewer (1) is particularly intended for viewing dental X-ray film exposures (5). It comprises an illuminated (2) transparent plate (3) and devices (4) which disperse the light and secure the film in front of the plate. These devices consist of a double-sidedly adhesive transparent foil (4) on the surface of the plate. At least one surface of the foil may be roughened or treated to render it translucently matt. Tbe foil may contain colouring matter, while the plate may be transparently clear and may have a very smooth outer surface. The foil may cover the entire field of view.</p> |
