Compounds of the formula <IMAGE> (in which R represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms) and their acid addition salts have remarkable bronchodilatatory and hypotensive properties and can be incorporated into pharmaceutical compositions.
