PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a photographic sensitivity at the time of producing and preserving the title material and the stability of a color image after processing the material by composing the dispersion of a lipophilic fine particle contd. in a silver halide emulsion layer of the dispersion obtd. by emulsifying and dispersing a mixed solution dissolved at least one kind of each of a coupler, a coupler solvent, and a water insoluble and an org. solvent soluble homopolymer or copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The sensitive material comprises the silver halide emulsion layer contg. the dispersion of the lipophilic fine particle which contains at least one kind of an oil soluble and an antidispersed cyan coupler capable of substantially forming a nondiffusing dye by coupling with the oxidant of an aromatic primary amine developing main agent, and at least one kind of a coupler solvent which does not contain an aromatic group in a water immiscible molecule and has m.p. of <=100 deg.C and b.p. or a decomposition temp. of >=140 deg.C. And, the dispersion of the lipophilic fine particle is composed of the dispersion obtd. by emulsifying and dispersing the mixed solution dissolved at least one kind of each of the coupler, the coupler solvent, and the water insoluble and the org. solvent soluble homopolymer or copolymer. Thus, the stability with age of the emulsion layer at the time of dissolving and applying the dispersion is improved, and the durability of the color image is improved, and the generation of a stain after processing the sensitive material can be reduced. |
