PURPOSE:To simplify the automatic assembling of a motor by an arrangement that a fixing ring having a projection engaged with a groove formed at the flat portion of a magnet is brought into abutment with the side wall of a yoke and an end bracket in the pessed condition, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Within a yoke 1 having a cylindrical periphery wall 1a, two flat walls 1b facing to each other and a side wall 1d, there are disposed in contact with the inner surface of the yoke magnets 3 each having the arcuate form corresponding to the periphery wall 1a and flat portions 3a extending along with the flat walls 1b at both ends. Each magnet 3 is fixed within the yoke 1 by means of a fixing ring 5 including a projection 5e engaged with a groove 4 formed at the center of each flat portion 3a of the magnet 3. The fixing ring 5 is made of nonmagnetic material such as stainless steel in the rectangular form with its part cut off to provide the elasticity. One short side 5b of the fixing ring is abuted with the inner surface of an end bracket 2 mounted at one end of the yoke 1 in the pressed condition, while the other short side 5a is abuted with the side wall 1d of the yoke 1 in the pressed condition. |
